    Our off-court process starts with assessment — not guessing. We measure the specific strength, range of motion, and capacity qualities that our data and research have shown to be directly related shoulder and overall health of volleyball athletes.

    From there, we design individualized and team-wide strategies that target what each athlete needs most:

    • Shoulder and trunk control: Building the ability to absorb and redirect force efficiently

    • Rotational strength and sequencing: Developing the kinetic chain that powers the arm swing

    • Capacity and load tolerance: Preparing the body to handle the demands of high-volume training and competition
